Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, as well as countryside walks with her dog, Woody.

Daisy Dyson
Sales Administrator Apprentice
Daisy recently joined us as our part time sales administrator and has now become full time sales administrator apprentice following the completion of her A-levels at college, determined to learn lots and continue the good name of a most reliable estate agency in Worcester. Throughout her time at college she has been focused, organised, hard-working and determined to achieve the best results she can. All of which have been reflected in her work in the office, carrying out administrative tasks with great attention to detail and adapting to a variety of needs clients’ may have whilst giving them her empathy and reassurance in times where it is needed. She has lived in Worcester all her life and knows the area well, with experience in the retail industry building her customer service and communication skills. Friendly and approachable, Daisy is office based and will be pleased to help buyers and sellers with their journey in finding their new home whilst she builds her skills as part of Philip Laney & Jolly. She is committed to assisting clients’ to the best of her ability, ensuring their requirements are fully considered, and making searching for a new home a smooth process.

Gill has years of experience in office management and working as a PA, but wanted a change of direction and as someone who loves all things property and being a real people person, being a Viewings Agent certainly ticked all the boxes. She has been with us for a year now and her experience and knowledge of local properties has certainly grown. Her ability to connect with everyone has made her a real asset to the company in carrying out viewings and giving potential buyers the time to view without pressure.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family, walking her dog Flick, meeting up with friends and has recently re-joined the gym.
